My first time here it was terrific. You can build a chicken salad BLT with any chicken salad you want on their menu I chose the one with the grapes and raisins and nuts. Once you order the counter you order comes within 4 minutes out of the kitchen a rare experience. Good fresh lemonade available in the beverage fountain. There one older lady that really wasn't the nicest taking our order. She was not patient and very condescending. But I love the food.
Delicious chicken salad sandwiches! My favorites are Fancy Nancy and Fruity Fran -- both are terrific on croissant or wheat bread. The chicken salad mixed with the wonderful sweet flavors and textures of apples & grapes (and even pineapple on the Fruity Fran) are so tasty. The Fancy Nancy also has chopped pecans in it. Their Pimento Cheese and Egg Salad sandwiches are also excellent! And while you're there, do try the tasty chocolate chip Rice Krispy treats. Quick and delicious lunch place!
Food was fresh and tasty. It was our first time here and it did not disappoint. In fact, it was quite good 😊 and perfect for a summer lunch.
I used to come here at least twice a Week. They say you don’t know what you have Until it’s gone and that’s true even as a customer. Over the last few months, I noticed some things have dramatically changed for the worst. I didn’t realize Rosemary the store manager was no longer there which makes sense why things have went downhill so fast. So I stopped going as often because my food was no longer prepared with pride, and I had my grape salad leaking into my sandwich, countless times because they have no longer do it in an individual container. The one day I had enough of my sandwich being ruined, so I addressed it with the staff and I was getting nothing but excuses on this is how it is, and this is how the new manager wants things done. I expressed my dissatisfaction on how the new manager’s thought isn’t beneficial to the customers. Aurora I believe is how you spell her name when above and beyond to apologize for behalf of the excuses, I was getting from the crew members and with the changes. She expressed her understanding which I know she can’t change things, but she definitely made my experience so much better. Now when I come back in and I see her it gives me hope for the future because she is so positive and what a leader really should be. She is a huge asset to this company and I pray that they value her and if they don’t, I pray that she finds a company that does because she is definitely what makes my business keep coming back. She is the only one that took initiative to be part of the solution instead of part of the problem when I was expressing my dissatisfaction. So the five stars is for her and her only. Thank you so much Aurora for being absolutely amazing, taking ownership, and being prideful of the job that you’re doing. I wish you so much success.

This place is exceptional. The workers are always friendly. The food is always delicious. And the value/ prices are excellent. Also, if you're craving something "cooler" in the hot South Carolina months, you can't go wrong with Chicken-Salad-Chick. Their menu has a great variety including kids' meals. All of these attributes definitely make this one of my family's favorite restaurants in the area. Highly recommended.
